One will never know for certain as to why he felt it

One will never know for certain as to why he felt it necessary to tell me that Toyota has ‘high standards’. I have to say the conversation was condescending. I was given the preliminary screening of questions and then stereotyped. I never saw a vehicle. I’m typically known as a valued customer, but this was my first time at Toyota. Could it have been because my transaction would have required some effort. Whatever his preconceived notions were, they served me well… It directed me to another dealership that understands a hard-worker deserves a great customer experience and a good deal because - this customer has ‘high standards, too!’

Tony was very personable, knowledgable of his inventory

Tony was very personable, knowledgable of his inventory and detailed in explaining the transaction. I was preapproved through my credit union, but Tony was able to work out a competitive deal, extended a veterans discount and tossed me the keys to a brand new Camry. Tony and Longo Toyota treated me exceptionally well along the way. I can only recommend!

This was my easiest car purchase ever.

This was my easiest car purchase ever. Tony was friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the handshake to the signing! I went in Longo with minimal expectations but left completely happy. Tony worked me a deal exactly what I wanted. He explained everything in a quick and painless way! Thank you also to Derek in the finance department. I would refer Longo and Superman to all of my friends. Customer service was amazing.

We have bought 2 different Toyotas from Longo over the last few years and have had excellent communication with both our salesman and Doug my service tech. I usually wait on my vehicles because service dept is so quick! I highly recommend you check them out.
