Poor customer service
Very unprofessional on the phone. My call was answered while a salesman was conversing with someone else. He stated “I’ll call you back” then abruptly hung up.

My experience has been awful with Auto Casa. They are the biggest crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Their cars are junk and they will reposs the car if your payment is 1 day late, charge you 600.00 for repossession fees. The company they use to reposs damaged my car and they don't care. My next step is filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and seeking legal action. Buying my vehicle at Auto Casa is one of the biggest mistakes ice ever made.....
