I came to AutoNation USA with every intention of selling

I came to AutoNation USA with every intention of selling my vehicle quickly and easily. I made it very clear from the start that I didn?t want to play games or go back and forth on price. I was assured that they would match Carvana?s offer as long as the vehicle was in the condition I described. That statement turned out to be completely false. I was never told I needed to have the Carvana appraisal completed until I was already there and they had begun inspecting my car. That?s when they suddenly informed me it was required ? a detail that would have been important to know ahead of time. On top of that, they lowballed me multiple times, directly contradicting what I was told over text by Hunter, who said, ?We don?t do the lowball offers or anything like that. As long as the vehicle is in the condition described, we will honor the price.? That could not have been further from the truth. After wasting my time and patience, I went to Carvana instead. Their process was fast, transparent, and professional ? they inspected my vehicle in about ten minutes and gave me exactly what they had originally quoted. No pressure, no games, and no misleading communication. To make matters worse, after the visit, I received an email from the General Manager, Floyd Brown, saying, ?I want to personally thank you for visiting. I also want to verify you had a good experience and received all the information you needed.? Well, where were you, Floyd, when I was there standing my ground based on what your own employee promised me? That kind of canned follow-up email only adds insult to injury. AutoNation USA completely failed to deliver on their word and wasted my time with false promises and poor communication. If you?re looking to sell your vehicle, do yourself a favor and skip AutoNation altogether ? go with Carvana. They?re straightforward, honest, and actually stand by their offers.

You had the right car and the right price ,salesman Tiny was very helpful and explained and answered all my questions ..Max in finance gave me a good warranty..everyone wa samiable and I am very pleased with the experienc..good job all.😎💜

They sold me a lemon and then ghosted me.

They sold me a lemon and then ghosted me. Less than a week later, I can’t even drive my new car! Avoid this place!

They did not honor their Guaranteed Offer!

They did not honor their Guaranteed Offer! They kept me there a long time & then changed their offer to way less than their Guaranteed Offer (which is why I brought it to them in the first place).

They are courteous and listen to the customers wants and needs. They didn't push me or harass me. They truly care about the customer. I will return there in the future to purchase my next vehicle. I will also recommend Jannea as your sales person. She is super nice.

There’s a lot I can say about my experience but all you need to know is fast smooth and very simple! We came in asked for Julitza and she helped us out with more than we could have asked for. Every dealership was denying helping us due to having a death certificate. Julitza made a big emotionally draining issue helpful within the same day. She even took us through the whole process smoothly. Idk what me and the wife would have done if they couldn’t have helped the way they did! Hands down recommend coming to work with this angel! She is the example of great customer service! She has made a lifetime referral base with us! Go sell your car with Julitza and the We buy your car team at Autonation USA Phoenix! Great place! Thank you to her manager Floyd and Matt as well for greeting us! Not a lot of places do that! My sister spoke highly of Julitza! It pays to have good people recommend great people!
