Mike and the managers at Boucher Hyundai were very helpful and understood I had no downpayment other than the car that crapped out on me. They walked me through the process and helped find me a great alternative to the original car I was looking at. The process did take over two hours on both days I went to the dealer, but I left with something that fit my needs and my requirements.

Finance Mgr started out describing Mtc Contracts and did...
Finance Mgr started out describing Mtc Contracts and did not show pricing until after the contracts were signed and then quickly passed over contract details. Since the contract was all electronic, difficult to see in the documentation. GM said he would have the PM Contracts cancelled but not cancelled after three days. We were charges 2x MSRP for Trailer hitch on the new vehicle and told it was the installation fee. We should have walked when the sales rep would not credit the excess charge. Dealer did not prep the car; we had to remove the plastic film from engine compartment and top off the fluids.
