They got my car in quickly for an oil change and a recall issue. Then they found a brake issue that could be dealt with right away so I didn't need to come back.

Darlene was very informative about the vehicle and process needed to finish the purchase and when I didn’t exactly like some of the issues with the first car I was looking at she recommended the Sonata which had everything I liked and has since mentioned to contact her for any future concerns I may have overall a very nice experience

Not welcoming upon arriving, took 45 min for shuttle...
Not welcoming upon arriving, took 45 min for shuttle (had an appointment), gave them 6 hours to fix recall, no call for pickup so customer had to call, sent out shuttle rather than adding me to list, ignored again when arrived back, dealer had to ask separate person to take me home due to late shuttle. I did contact repair manager due to promised repair needs alert showing up when not needed and manager did appropriately follow up with me and the problem still remains (I can go back to have them look at it again).

My son popped my tire on my brand new Hyundai on a Sunday. Fawn was wonderful and answered all my texts on her day off. On Monday, the service center worked quickly to order my new tire! Thank you Fawn and Chris B for being so helpful and easy to work with.
