I believe this dealership does excellent work. My only...

I believe this dealership does excellent work. My only problem with them is the continued suggestive selling. Everytime, do I want fuel injector cleaner with this oil change? I was in the waiting room once and they brought in my dirty filters for me to see, that I had changed a few months before. This last time, I changed my wipers 2 days before I came in, and they suggested I should get new wipers. I love their service, but could do without the extra selling.

Jean Sommers was wonderful. She promptly checked me in and showed me the waiting area. When there was an unexpected delay in an earlier appointment, she came and let me know. When my Santa Fe was done--only 18 minutes after the time promised--, Jean came in and explained the bill and the discount she was allowing for my inconvenience. I did not even have to ask! I was impressed.

Always friendly and professional. Gets the repairs done before the estimated time of how long it’ll take. Waiting area is always cleaned and stocked with refreshments.

Several days ago I had my car serviced at Boucher for routine maintenance. During my visit, they found an unexpected problem. The service department representative took the time to walk me through the issue and even showed me pictures of the damage. We were able to schedule a time to get the issue fixed and it was an easy and pleasant experience.

While I was happy with the service and the loaner car...

While I was happy with the service and the loaner car while parts had to come, I was not happy that the price quoted did not include labor so I figured on $150 less for my bill! Being on a limited budget this will impact me for a couple weeks.

Randy did an excellent job in coordinating the service...

Randy did an excellent job in coordinating the service for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. He checked to see if my extended warranty would pay for some of the work and kept me informed of the progress, costs and timeline associated with getting my car repaired. Randy is an exceptional service advisor and has always given me excellent customer service. I always have confidence that he will recommend the best service for my car. Thank you Randy!

Excellent experience start to finish. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles multiple times to better make our decisions and we never felt pressured. In the end, they worked with us on price and we were very satisfied. Nic Buss was a big help and took a ton of time to explain to us all the features of our new 2021 Hyundai Palisade.
