Great experience at WINN Kia Freemont

My experience was very easy and simple, Manuel took very good care of us and our transaction making sure I felt comfortable enough with my decision by providing great customer service and making sure I was knowledgeable about the details of my purchase and car.

Winn Kia

Margie was very friendly and provided quick support. They always wash the car after service which is nice. The waiting area is clean and has some snacks and beverages.

Good job

This is my third visit there and it was by far the best and quickest visit. The lady service advisor was the best I've dealt with since coming to your service dept.

Friendly fast service

Friendly and quick to serve. The girls at counter were very informed and friendly. I waited for vehicle and they were attentive to my needs

Great Service

I liked the extreme attention to detail. The salesperson, Matty, ensured that every question or concern was answered. Matty was so personable and made me feel welcomed and listened to. Matty was also very thorough.

Made the buying process so simple! Everything was prepared when we got there--we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership, just signed the docs and the car was ours!

The staff are so respectful, and polite and listens to my concerns most that I need to get answers immediately! Christine, took care of me when I checked in and she listened to my concern about my car. She is awesome!

Winn Kia - a great dealership!
