Courteous representatives. Clean facilities.

Representative is courteous. Waiting room is clean. It wasn’t easy to make service appointment. I tried many times and finally got on.

Wonderful Service department

Everything. Yet again, the service department continues to be fantastic to deal with. Both of the service advisors, Christine and Margie are a delight to interact with each time I've been here.

Fabulous buying experience.

Replace outer molding at bottom of car

They were able to tell me what it would cost and how long it would take to repair my car. I appreciated the ride home and back to the dealership. Everyone involved was very helpful in explaining the process.

Taking Evie to Fremont Kia

Friendly service dept staff makes the visit to the dealership a breeze. Got the information as to what would be done so no surprises. We live closer to the San Leandro Kia dealership but after some lousy service, we now choose to drive to Fremont for our service needs.

the service is done very efficiently. the service person explains well the maintenance package. the waiting area facility can be improved to have more tables and chairs.
