GTX Auto Group is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Myron, my salesman, did a phenomenal job getting me all the information I requested on the vehicle I was looking at prior to my arrival. His knowledge of the car was also very helpful. The dealership was very busy but I still felt like they did an excellent job making sure my purchase was painless. I can’t recommend GTX Auto Group enough. Ask for Myron, he’ll get you taken care of. I purchased a BMW 328xi.

Bought a car that had been wrecked ( shame on me )but was assured that car was safe and been put through the vaunted “ GTX Safety Checks”Long story short -A/C did not work on test drive. Told them if it was fixed and you can assure me the car is safe - I will buy it. They agreed. They then push AND pushed for the high pressured “Penn Warranty” was told “ if anything goes bad it is covered. So I paid 14000 for a car on the lot marked 9500. Within 6 months air stops working again.( they fixed no leak - just put gas in it and told me it was fixed) And a brake line leaked all fluid out and brakes go to floor. So luckily we were not hurt in an accident and a 500.00 repair bill. And then the steering column would not turn AND the key would not come out. Another 400.00 bill. Warranty was useless in all events. Since the car was wrecked they say it was not the part that failed it was already damaged. Still gave GTX benefit of doubt. About 3 months later the front of the car falls apart on a short trip. I had it towed to a reputable garage and the trouble with the air conditioning was discovered. The a/c condenser was destroyed during the previous owner wreck. Not replaced by GTX. The front of the car failed because a bent and broken frame part was used after the accident and not replaced.There was no bracket holding the headlights in place. AND my personal favorite, the use of WOOD SCREWS to put it together. All this shoddy work was hidden under the shroud cover not seen unless taken apart. When the damaged frame part let go all of it fell apart. And yes, I have pictures and GTX has seen them. Repair cost for that was 5,000.00. So I have 20,000.00 in a car mark 9500.00 on the lot. Everything said here was told to GTX 3 times and each time no response. I was as nice as I could be and to this point said nothing outside those conversations with them. But the stonewalling and not so much as an acknowledgement of any liability is infuriating. They will have to put up with a low rating and a call to the attorney general’s offices- which they ignored.

Alonzo was wonderful with us. He didn’t rush us on picking a vehicle. Always keeping in mind the style of vehicle that we were looking for. Points for being bilingual made the experience better.
