Smoked during the sales process about three times. Was dishonest about cost and warranty information. Genuinely didn’t seem interested in selling cars, and is the only reason I will never go back to Audi VB. If he leaves or gets fired I’d consider going back.

easy to see why they have a 4.9 satisfaction score. Nice, knowledgeable, and fair is hard to beat. Went over and above to solve a last minute problem. Service lady was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this group!

Service Consultant did an exceptional job at customer service and communication with me to keep me informed with repair needed, under warranty, taking care of rental for first 2 days and then getting me a brand new loaner, which I had for a month since the part was back ordered. I really appreciated the loaner and great customer service. Service Manager, Ashley, took good care of me when I returned the loaner, she was so nice and friendly.
