Lexus of Orlando

Great service on Tuesday, 9/20/22. I purchased my car here in 2018. Have been happy with my car and the service I have received during the 4 years. Excellent personnel from the time you arrive until you leave. I can tell Lexus strives to give you the best experience you can get with a car dealership.

I brought my SUV in for its 30K service and while Lexus had the car one of there employees rifled through my console and stole a $50 gift card and some $5 bills that I keep in there for valets. After repeated calls to Lexus of Orlando one of the managers told me that they we’re giving me a credit towards my next service. Why would I ever go back?

Amazing service department. From the time I pull up out of the car in less that a minute. the in an out process is great. Got my rental car in minutes. Service advisor was super friendly.

They always take me right on time. There is always a courteous driver to get me over to the mall while my car is being serviced. Good communication. Thank you

We were greeted by a hostess and showed us where we should wait for Jose. We were kept abreast with info about our auto. When our auto was ready Jose informed us about avfuture repair to be done by the next oil change. Always a pleasure going to Lexus of Orlando.
