The Auto Savvy Draper location is now my top recommendation for purchasing a new vehicle. The team was fantastic to work with!! The seamless process and straightforward interactions made my buying experience so smooth that I questioned whether I was dreaming or in an alternate universe. Thankfully it was all real and Xavier, Tyler, and Heather are officially my newest favorite auto people! I have never had a better buying experience. I have now purchased 4 vehicles through Auto Savvy and I will be going out of my way to ensure all of my future purchases happen out of the Draper location. I highly recommend anyone considering a vehicle purchase to work with this team!!

Recently acquired a 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. As a newcomer to Utah, I was unfamiliar with the local dealerships. Upon entering the lot, I was immediately impressed by Xavier’s exceptional knowledge of vehicles and his unwavering patience and friendliness. Despite not initially intending to purchase a vehicle that day, I am profoundly grateful for my decision.

They were upfront about the initial damage and parts replaced. Jesus was professional and helpful throughout the process. Car buying is usually too long and I’m always ready to leave long before it’s over, this was still the case but I’m satisfied with the car purchase.

No-fuss and honest dealership! Corey was awesome! EDIT 12/9/22: I have no complaints about the selling of my old car or the purchase of my new one. However, I cancelled my extended warranty in September through the warranty company (after being told it could take up to FOUR MONTHS to cancel when I tried to do it through the dealership back in May. Yeah, right.) I have confirmation of my cancellation, yet cannot get anybody to call me back to update me on why my lienholder has yet to receive the refund. I have called and left multiple messages and have also been hung up on multiple times. Extremely frustrating and has unfortunately soured my experience of this dealership.

Jesus went above and beyond from minute one, even taking amazing videos to send to me and my husband! Financing was quick and painless thanks to Jesus and Bill. Great team and lots of great vehicles to choose from. If you’re looking for a vehicle, go see them! Highly recommend!

Corey was my salesman at the Draper UT location. He was great as well as Mike and the others. Very professional and I came away with a great car. The only thing, the vehicle needed was a new AC compressor. Easy right? Nope, if the car you pick needs aftercare, get another car. In fact, run from that car. I was saddled with Melanie in customer service, as the person to get my car repaired. I was in colorado I started this quest for AC. She would send me to other dealerships, and they would tell me, that they won't do business with AutoSavvy as their repair bills went unpaid and the customer cars were sitting for months. Why did Melanie send me to a couple of dealerships, I discovered this was her process...she really doesn't do anything or call anybody she just makes you do it...So she arranges the repair in vegas, almost 2 weeks from purchase, she says "they have a compressor for your car." Another lie, there is no compressor I have to wait another 5 days to have the vehicle repaired. I was lied to again, Customer service doesn't call back, and obviously, their management is incompetent, as this seems the norm.
