Write a reviewBeware of this Dealership. When I purchased my Cadillac CTS V I did have it inspected, but there are things that a scan tool cannot see. After the purchase, a little over 100 miles I had a random misfire. I took it to get spark plugs replaced. During the replacement, the mechanic told me that the car was definitely modded at one point with headers and upper pulley. You know what happens to a car when modded for speed? Anyways...The dealership only paid half of the cost of the spark plug replacement. Unfortunately, just another 200 miles the misfire came back, but this time it was in bank 5. So, my mechanic did a deeper diagnostic (compression check, scope and leak down) and saw it had low compression and scoring on the cylinder walls. Now I need the engine replaced or rebuilt. I let them know what my mechanic found and I got the " all sales are sold as-is". Really?! I unknowingly purchased a recently modified car that was put back to stock, that has misfiring issues from the start and now you don't want to help with this because it's a bigger issue?! What makes things worse is, I asked and paid $700 for a 6 month warranty that can cover the cost of major repairs, just in case.. What I got was the lowest warranty that only covers $1200. That's not even half the cost of the labor. So, be aware when purchasing from this dealership. I know this isn't part of the PPI inspection, but also do a leak down, compression and scope check before purchase. You never know what problems they are hiding inside the engine. It sucks having to purchase a car that has the worst imaginable issue and get no help from the dealership, but you live and learn. Hopefully, you learn from my experience from this dealership.

ALERT! STAY AWAY! Pretty sad that this is what a disabled Afghanistan war veteran has to deal with. Bought an Audi A7 from this dealership and found many issues with the vehicle. My garage the week of buying the vehicle found a bad wheel bearing, rear A/C module inoperable, Oil leak, transmission malfunction code, and a missing door handle trim. I originally put this post up because when I brought the issue up to the dealership they told me that they would not help resolve any of the issues with the car that were found. Once they saw the review the owner called me and said that they would fix the issues with the car but only through their mechanic. They had their mechanic look at the car and confirm the issues. A part had to be ordered is what I was told. It has been three months and I have not heard a word. I have called the dealership multiple times asking for an update and they said they would ask the owner and he would call me back. That has not happened. I have also texted the owner personally and have not received a response back. Now I am left with a car that I am going to lose a lot of money on all through the dishonesty of this dealership.

THIS is the best dealer inquiry response I have received in a VERY long time, if not ever! All other dealers out there, take note of this first impression response and you'll have a healthier and happier dealership! "We" ; "Working together" ; "I know when searching online for a vehicle, we tend to see so many, we forget which ones we actually inquired about." connects with the customer ; "with how I can help" Inquiry lead sent 3/31/18 Saturday eve. Response 4/2/18 Monday morn.: Hello Mr. Jones, My name is Mike. I work in the Sales Department here at Triad Imports. I just received your inquiry in our 2007 Lexus GS 450H. Great news! That vehicle is still available. I know when searching online for a vehicle, we tend to see so many, we forget which ones we actually inquired about. So to refresh your memory, I will include a link to the vehicle in this email. I would love the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and even schedule a time for you to come by and test drive. Please give me a call at 336-895-4895 or respond to this email with how I can help. Thank you and I look forward to working with you. Thanks, Mike Risheq Triad Imports Inc 5525 W Market St, Greensboro, NC, 27409 *I have absolutely no association with this dealership or its employees. I stand to gain nothing other than other dealerships, or any business for that matter, seeing this review and following suit for the sake of all consumers.
