Joe Gonda was very helpful getting our new (used) vehicle through every step of the process, making it seamless. He even went so far as to contact our insurance company to make sure we were legal with them. He went through all the functions of the vehicle, got our phones synced to the onboard bluethooth, and made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with our purchase before we left. We highly recommend Joe and Subaru of Wyoming for sales as well as service.

Dave was fantastic to work with and did a great job helping me through every step of the process. He helped make sure I got my phone setup to the car and walked me through everything in the car in a very kind and skilled manner. . The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. EVERYONE HATES negotiating with car salesmen! I spent HOURS reading and watching videos to avoid the gotchas of how to negotiate, what tricks they pull, counter tactics and more. I didn't need any of it. As luck would have it, it depends on the dealership and salesperson. Joseph Mercado got randomly assigned to me when I emailed Subaru of Wyoming Valley for an out the door price on a Crosstrek they had in stock. No xx, no tricks, straight forward, no phony added packages or fluff fees, no games. An honest salesman, a great man with stories and jokes that is genuinely straightforward and charismatic. No pressure sales and gave me the numbers and data so I could make an informed decision with my wife. I thought I was all prepared to wait until the end of the month for them to break a better deal but he got me the numbers I wanted looking for, got me a no xx, unaccompanied test drive with my wife, she loved it, we went in and wrapped up in less than 20 minutes. This dealership has great reviews for a reason. Joseph Marcado is best in class of all the folks there. Ask for him by name. You'll come back to this review and thank me after!
