Horrible place, the gm joe perna is a lying weasel. Fast talks every thing sneaks in extra fees and warranty. Sale guy Luis is just as bad. Joe's hatchet guy

called and asked about a car, it took them 3 days to get me a price on the car, i called 2-3 times per day. then they decided to add 5k on top of the price listed for warranty and inspection that is not removable. they post fake prices. if you want a car just add 5k to the price and that is the real price

The dealership lied about the online price of the car. Don't waste your time with them.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Cartopia due to my unfortunate experience in November 2024. I purchased a Trackhawk that was sold to me with faulty catalysts and a damaged supercharger. I subsequently took the vehicle to the Jeep dealership and informed Cartopia that I would be seeking assistance with the repair costs. However, Cartopia declined to provide any assistance. Consequently, I am currently exploring the appropriate legal avenues to resolve this matter.

These people are scammers. They lie and try to trick you into buying a vehicle. They ask what payment do you want to pay. Then ad 2 years to the loan to bring the payment down while you are over paying 20% over retail value and on top of that paying more interest for a longer loans. Highly avoid this dealer

Communication with Eli was great. I left a question about the car on their website late in the evening. Got a call first thing in the morning. Was in the dealership in the afternoon and made the purchase. The dealership itself looks great, and everyone else I dealt with there was a pleasure.
