You won't be sorry choosing a car from this dealership they first find out what it is you actually want and then they go to work to get it for you. I'm so glad they were there for me because I'm 65 and this buy was because I had totalled my other car. It was the first one I ever had.

Great staff! Unbelievable inventory! In my opinion, they couldn't have done a better job! From the time I arrived at the dealership until I left with my new Subaru Outback, I was treated like an old friend!

Bryon Edgerton, sales associate, was great to work with. He's friendly and patient! He located just the auto I wanted and had it there by the next day. He explained all the features of the car and spent as much time as I needed to become comfortable with the functions. Wes Cameron, business manager, made the paperwork quick and easy. Together they are a great team at Reliable and got me into a beautiful Forester. It takes time to buy a new car but all in all this was done in a timely manner and I never felt rushed in my decision making. This is the second Subaru I purchased from Reliable and both times it's been a great experience.

We felt like Ted Worthy did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle to us, both before we made our final decision to purchase, and afterwards when schooling us in the various functions/mechanics of it. He explained the pros of both vehicles we test drove and knows his product well. Wes Cameron's also did an excellent job of navigating us through the paperwork aspect of the deal, and thoroughly explained the protection plan we purchased.

But, our salesman, Ethan, was so professional and so knowledgeable, so respectful and friendly, that we actually had fun choosing our new car, an Outback.
