Avoid United Ford service department like the plague!
Avoid United Ford service department like the plague! This is possibly the worst customer service situation I have ever encountered? Chronically late employees, appointments for dates where your vehicle doesn?t even get looked at and a disdainful, apathetic attitude that permeate every step of the process? I deeply regret having spent my money at this dealership, and in the future will bring my business anywhere, but here!

Zero STARS?
Zero STARS?. This place is the worst. Had an appointment for a month before I brought it in?.. they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing? not even the diagnostic. Never called me back when they said they would, very unprofessional, and I even bought my vehicle there. They never offered a loaner & they would still have it in their storage lot if I didn?t demand it back.
