Unbelievable place to go to, from sales to service.

This is by far the best dealership to work with in Missouri. The sales department is amazing as well as the service department. You’ll never find a friendlier staff.

I appreciated the Friendly, Courteous, Professional service I received when I took my truck in to check a small problem I had with my windshield wipers.

Best Price

First time I’ve bought a car out of state and my experience was pretty good. I searched around on car guru for about a month I found the car I bought here at this dealership was rated the good deal on car guru.

Great service

I had a recall on my escape and it was completed in a timely manner. When my car was finished I received a text message letting me know that my car was ready. Very convenient!

Low trade-in offer, car I purchased has defects

They offered me exactly half for my trade-in that 3 other dealerships had offered me. They told me they are a “value priced” dealership, which means they won’t come down at all on the price of the vehicle you intend to purchase and they don’t “haggle” prices like “other dealerships”. The salesman, Ed Kirk, said the other dealerships who offered me more for my trade-in were playing some game with me and were probably jacking up the price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase (I don’t see how this is possible since the price was listed online and confirmed by the other dealerships), but then he “went back to the shop” where they assessed my trade-in and came back with an offer of $150 more! I would’ve walked away, but we had driven 4 hours and it was my only day off for weeks; the other vehicle I had picked out was 8 hours in the opposite direction. Then, I was told every trade-in goes through a thorough inspection and is “reconditioned” as needed, but they seem to have failed to notice that TWO of the headlights (one running light and one blinker!!!) were both out on the pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing, plus the rear window washer fluid dispenser does not function. And I spent nearly $30,000 on this purchase! Thankfully, I opted for the extended warranty, but I feel like these issues should have been remidied before offering the vehicle for sale, since a vehicle won’t pass inspection with a non-functioning blinker! I emailed the salesman a week ago about these issues and I have, thus far, been ignored. I would not purchase from this dealership again and I do not recommend that anyone else should, either.

Amazing

Working with Robery Wells was fun and relaxing... Robert treated us like family.... I was looking for a Exployer and we bought a Flex..... After driving it I fell in love with it........ Thank You so much Robert..... I will definitely come back to you...

My Super Duty

We took delivery of our new Super Duty! Everything went without hitch. What an awesome truck! We left the next morning for Green Bay, and loved every minute of it! Packers got a win, and we got a win with our new truck!
