From the moment I walked in , to the moment I drove off, Rommel was a great salesman. I had trouble looking for a car and felt that other dealerships I visited did not make me feel as welcomed. Rommel made me feel at home and even stayed late when I was getting my Honda Civic! Shout out to George as well , class act. 100% recommend.

Wish I could give zero stars.

Wish I could give zero stars. Stay far, far away from the service department. Had a weird experience last time I was there with them not knowing where my car was after an oil change. After they told me they couldn't find my car, they called two minutes later saying they found the car and that it was done. This was just an oil change that I had an appointment but they kept my car from the night before till close that day. 7k miles later (which I was told by kia is the normal synthetic oil interval), the engine started making some funky noises. I checked the oil and noticed it was barely on the dipstick and looked dark and smelt burnt. Brought it in and was told that it was low on oil. The car has been there over 12 times for oil changes and never had low oil. Mechanic said it wasn't burning oil or leaking so he has no idea where it went. It makes me think that they never changed the oil last time but didn’t hesitate to charge me $200.00. Also the car shakes when you brake (which I knew), but they didn’t even tell me I need brakes and said theyre in great shape. To top it off the service manager is a complete tool. After bringing these concerns up, he asserted that I made big accusations and said that I had made up a “good story.” I have spent a lot of money there and never had an issue with the old service manager. I have noticed the turn over of the employees and definitely see why!

We want to thank our service advisor Greg Pimentel as he was extremely helpful in getting our engine replaced on our 2015 Kia Optima. Greg was professional and kept us updated on things as he was being updated. Thank you to Greg and Kia of Huntington service department. Adam and Pamela F.

George the manager and Daron the salesman are great!

George the manager and Daron the salesman are great! Took time to understand my car needs and helped me find a vehicle that was right for my needs. No pressure. Also continued to help after the sale. I have leased multiple cars from this dealership and they keep giving me more reasons to keep coming back!

I bought a new car from here.

I bought a new car from here. But just half month the tailgate can't opening. I went to there check it. They told me I have to change tailgate latch. I'm waiting the latch almost half month and changed it. They fixed it and made me pay, I was confused as to why the new car didn't have a warranty. But I still paid the money and then when I went to check it out I found out they didn't fix it, I called their employee and the employee said they replaced the wrong part and needed me to continue waiting for them to order the part to replace it again and would refund me.Until now I have not received a refund for the cost of this repair, and their manager has not contacted me, and no one has explained why I need to pay for replacement parts for a new car.

Service Department is awful and rude.

Service Department is awful and rude. No one gets back to you. Parts under warranty take months to get. No one follows up no matter how many times you call. They simply don’t care. Corporate doesn’t care either. I can’t wait to get rid of this car. I won’t ever buy another one. Big mistake. The only reason I did is bc it’s six cylinder.

I’m waiting for a tool to replace my steering wheel bearing since october 2023. No one calls me back and I can’t get an answer.
