Kia of Huntington

Just came in from my 1st oil change for my new 2023 Kia Seltos. 1st let me say what a great car. Andea who I 1st seen was extremely polite explained everything to me and mentioned that I was allowed a free car wash and gave me another key fob that I wasn't expecting. After that I met Jessie who explained the many features my Kia has and how to program them which makes my Seltos even more enjoyable. These days it's nice to know that life is still good even though I may think things aren't what they use to be. Kia of Huntington keep up the good work ! 👏

Do not recommend, will take advantage. I spoke with a salesman over the phone, I told them what vehicle I was interested and that I had a trade-in. I was given a total amount that I would receive for my trade-in and how much I would be looking at for the monthly lease. I let them know that I live far away and it would be about a 3 hour drive for me to get to Kia Huntington, so we agreed on the numbers and I made the trip. I got there, saw the vehicle, and was told I wouldn’t get anything for my trade-in, had to put money down, and the monthly payment would be higher. We didn’t agree on any of this and I don’t appreciate the fact that this dealer gave me the run around when they knew I was traveling from far just to tell me they weren’t giving me money for my current vehicle, even though they said they would when I originally spoke to them, but I would instead need to pay thousands out of pocket. They decided to markup the price and not work out the numbers with me, no effort to try to negotiate to make the sale. Very shady. I find it to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate that they lied and wasted my time when I came with the intention to make the deal. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and I would recommend others do as well.
