Doggett Ford

Doggett Ford is telling us that they think we have buyer’s remorse. I was curious so I googled ‘buyers remorse’ to see how they would define it. “Car buyer's remorse is a common experience where purchasers regret their vehicle purchase after signing the contract. It can stem from various factors, including financial concerns, discovering better deals elsewhere, or simply realizing the car doesn't meet expectations” The problem with that definition is that it takes all of the blame off of the other party. That definition does not allow for what caused the remorse to begin with. The lack of communication. The lengthy time the car was in the shop. The expectation that something is fixed when no physical action has occurred to correct anything. The lies that the car is making a noise but they don’t know what it is (but it is not what the “recall” notice states is needed). One week later the noise is 10x and all of the sudden it DOES need the fix the recall stated! Customer service is not keeping anything from happening. Customer service is how you deal with it when it happens. In my opinion the service made this the worst buying experience I have ever had!

Doggett Ford North Freeway was an easy location to access. They had extensive stock on site and at their other two Ford Dealerships. I as specific in what i wanted in a Ford f-250 and had. There was no pressure to upgrade or a sense of urgency that the truck could be purchased from under me at any time if i did not sign quickly. Francesco was very informative and what caught me was that he was the only person on site that acknowledged me during the 20-30 minutes of walking around the showroom floor and while walking outside looking at 2026 F-250 trucks. His eye contact and acknowledgement made the deal before it began.
