We had amazing experience at Schomp Mazda! Our salesperson Joe was very helpful, and was not pushy at all! He went above and beyond to help us out in anyway he could. We love our new car, and we’re so happy for the excellent customer service of this dealership! We felt apart of the family.

Purchase

It’s bad when you are not used getting great service at a dealership and coming away with the vehicle you want. Too good to be true and makes you skeptical but I’m glad I went with my gut and ended up with a great car for my family. Andrea went out of her way to make it all happen, even braving the snow to deliver my vehicle. Already looking to come back to trade in my other vehicle! Nice to feel like you’re the only customer.

Second CX5 I've purchase from Schomp. Overall satisfied with process. A little pressure in adding additional items to vehicle, but assume its pressure by company to do so. Once it was known I wanted as is everything went well.

Excellent and responsive service and she was very straightforward and transparent about the deal on the vehicle I bought. No high pressure sales tactics or similar things some sales people try. I would absolutely do business with her again next time I’m in the market for a car.

I have purchased many cars and this dealership was a good one. They gave me expected amount on my trade. No games. Car I purchased was fair asking price. I will be back

Poor contract

I recently contacted the dealership regarding an issue with a 5 year Crystal Fusion windshield protection plan sold to me by Schomp Mazda and Bego Karalic. The administrator for the plan is Innovative Aftermarket Systems L.P. (IAS). Neither Bego nor the sales manager responded to my communication requests about the issue I was facing. I recently made a windshield claim which was declined by IAS for making the claim more than 30 days after the windshield indicent. IAS indicated that the contract contained a list of Exceptions that are detailed on page 2. Bego gave me a folder of documents which I kept in the glove compartment, and unfortunately, I never received the Exceptions page. To make matters worse, the contract dictates that if the windshield is not replaced by the policy, the windshield must be replaced by Shortline Mazda in Aurora, CO. When I purchased the car, I had traveled from Oklahoma City to Denver which is an 8 hour drive. Bego was aware during our visit that we lived in OK, and in spite of the travel complication, he recommended the plan for me. Safelite charges about $700 to replace the windshield, and the IAS Crystal Fusion contact cost $1099. So, essentially the price of the windshield will be $1799, and at that price, I could have bought 2.6 windshields.
