Attentive with a can do attitude

One of the best car buying experiences i have had! From the time I arrived until the time i drove off with my new CX-5 Sean Salansky took the time to find out what my needs where and i went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met! Highly recommend Sean and the entire staff at Schomp Mazda.....

Pleasant experience

Went to get a crossover SUV (CX9) and trade in my vehicle (Audi A4). They gave me a very fair price on my trade in. They had a vehicle in stock that was equipped the way we wanted and priced it competitively. Wasn't rushed at all and our salesman took his time and answered all our questions. This is the 3rd vehicle I've gotten from this dealership (2 when it was Shortline) and every buying experience was a good one.

Purchased 2020 CX-5

Sales member was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushing for the sale. Good trade in value on our vehicle, good value price on new 2020 CX-5. Showroom could use an update.

No integrity

Set up to buy a Mazda 3 over the internet- their one hour buying even though the commitment was made the day before took over 3 hours! Told I would get my plates in the mail- 2 months later I get a call that they needed my updated address- told them and 2 weeks later they have to have me come in to sign. 2 months after that I finally get my vehicle notice of registration- What were they doing? No integrity, they do not do what they said and cost me late fees and grief. Avoid this place as they obviously do not know what is needed! Happy with the car but never dealing with these clowns again.

A comedy of errors- with absolutely no fun

A one hour sale became over 3 hours and I started with the online sale! They had to have me come back across town 2 months later because the address was not correct and promised the plates would be sent to me. Now 4 months later after I finally get a letter from Colorado about being able to get plates- why the delay? why the months of waiting? Schomp can't answer- they either do not know what they are doing or are unable to follow through with what they should do- a little honesty would go a long way in helping my disgust also!

Great customer service

Matt provided great customer service and made the process stress free. He worked hard to get me a deal better than my pre-qualification was. He was thorough and patient with me. I definitely would recommend Matt and Schomp Mazda for your next car buying experience.
