FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I shopped around for months looking for a new SUV. Loved the looks and feel of the CX5 but test drove at least a dozen from different manufacturer's. Decided to go to Shortline where I was introduced to Rone. What an incredible experience and deal! No high pressure sales and Rone and I were in constant touch via text throughout the purchase. Rone was very personable and patient...genuine to say the very least. THANK YOU to everyone at Shortline for helping me find the right car at the right price and for the fantastic customer service...cheers!

Stress free

I went to the dealer to look at a particular vehicle, and was offered a test drive. Danika explained the seemingly complicated infotainment center to me very clearly. She knows her stuff! Went for a test drive and though I am not ready to buy right now, I will be ready in a few months and will go right back to Danika for her excellent assistance. Low key and low stress, just how I like it.

Great experience

Great experience

My time spent at shortline Mazda was a great experience. Rone made me and my husband feel comfortable about buying a new car. He talked to us about the difference in leasing vs. buying and helped us add an AutoStart to the vehicle. I didn’t care to much about the color of the car and Rone picked one out for me that I really love.

Fast, Easy, Smooth

I’ve been wanting to buy a new car for a while but I just didn’t know where to start. Like a lot of people, I’m not a fan of going in and haggling with dealerships. I came across one of my childhood friend’s dad’s, Rone, Facebook post and saw that he was working for Shortline and one of the cars I was interested in was being sold by them. I reached out to him and he was excited to help me out. Even before I came in, he not only looked into the car I wanted but he also threw in pictures and deals of other cars that I might be interested in and sent them to me throughout the day. By the time I got to the dealership, he had the cars lined up and ready for me to test drive. I didn’t even drive the original car that I came in to look at because I fell in love with a new Mazda6. Rone partnered up with Jay and they worked with me and dropped the price which was only a couple hundred dollars off from the original car I was interested it. They also got me a better interest rate then what I was preapproved for from the credit union that I used in the past. It was definitely a great experience buying a NEW car for the first time.

Bought a truck

I have to be honest brought my rx8 in just for recall work and wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle but they got me a deal I couldn't walk away from great truck for a great price

Great experience

I went to Shortline after walking out of another Mazda dealership when the salesperson refused to give me straight answers on anything. Rone provides a much different experience—he was straightforward and worked hard to make sure I got a good deal on both my new car and my trade-in. Easiest car buying purchase ever!!

Coming from someone who sold cars in the past this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had as a consumer. Rone and Jay were easy to work with and they gave us a smoking good deal on a 15 dart!! Thanks for helping us out guys!!

Great experience!
