Long Distance Buyer from Pennsylvania
I found a car that I liked at Shortline while searching online from Pennsylvania. I inquired about the car through Shortline's website, and Danika Busha contacted me to answer all of my questions. There were no pictures of the car on their website, so she went outside, took about 6 or 7 pictures, and texted them to me. The pictures confirmed what I thought the car looked like from its description, so we entered the negotiation phase, which we completed in a few emails and finally over the phone. The entire process only took a couple of hours, and unlike some other car buying experiences I have had, this one was very pleasant and positive. Danika was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. She even texted me a few more pictures of my car being loaded onto the tractor trailer for transport east to Pennsylvania. I would definitely recommend Danika to anyone who is looking for a car at this dealership.

In love with our first family car
My husband and I was looking for a family car since last year 2016. We completely fall in love with the Mazda cx5 but unfortunately at that time we wasn't able to make the car purchase due to other bills we had. We were help by Danika Busha. She was amazing and totally Understandable. She gave us her business card and told us to come back to her whenever we were ready. And did.. on July 2017 we came back and talked to her. This time we were completely ready to buy our first family car since we are planning to start our little family. Completely love the support.

Good until the sale, very bad after.
We agreed to purchase two new cars from Shortline. The prices were good. We were fairly happy with the process until the sales were made. All of the information they requested "to make the sale go smoothly and quickly" was provided to them the week before. But on the scheduled day, it took over 6 hours. After a lot of pressure, we agreed to purchase the additional insurance coverage on one of the vehicles. Later that same day we informed Shortline that we decided to cancel the coverage. We were told no problem and the cost of the coverage ($3,600) would be credited to the loan. It has been 6 weeks and they still have not done it. And now they need us to resubmit paperwork we submitted to them 6 week ago. They won't even tell me how that happened. They also happily agreed to take our VW diesel car to a dealership a few minutes away for the scheduled buyback about 10 days later (we are from out of town and this saved us a lot of driving). They didn't do it. Evidently forgot or it was inconvenient. No one even called to let me know. The same people that before the sale would quickly respond to calls, messages, texts and emails, immediately began ignoring all of them! The disregard of customer service, and even common courtesy, is almost unbelievable. Any savings in price was not worth this. Shortline Mazda does not deserve your business.

Shortline couldn't have been more of a pleasant experience for us. We came to Jason with an exact car in mind and an offer to beat and within minutes he had the car picked out and an unbeatable offer laid out before us. We literally showed up, signed away, and drove off. An amazing experience with an equally hospitable and exciting crew. Couldn't be more satisfied.

To answer the title...we do.This lady was the ultimate pro in what she does.To make my wife comfortable in this process was in itself the greatest thing she did.Never hurried us, gave great info, allowed us time on a test drive and just made us feel comfortable buying a car. In the end I felt bad that we did not buy it from her,Not because she lost a sale, but because of how much she cared that we do what was right for us.And....after we bought what we did allowed me to bounce a concern about the other dealership and gave advice that we will use as we have to revisit the purchase because of a error they made.Many Thanks...Danika...you will be on to top of my recommendations when or if someone says they are looking for a car

Great sales help, no pressure, gracious and helpful.
Danika was great and patient. No pressure Helped with both Mazda and Hyundai. Showed all possibilities. Got the best car and price I wanted. Yosef from the Hyundai side took time to explain and demonstrate all features.
