Fantastic Service Department!

I just had my Honda Civic serviced at the dealership and Mike Heckelman was my service advisor. The service was very prompt and Mike kept me informed. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Hendrick Honda and if you have service done be sure to ask for Mike Heckelman!

Today we worked with Claude and it was hands down

Today we worked with Claude and it was hands down amazing. It was a little hectic at the dealership and he made sure to get us in and out as quickly as he possibly could. He was patient with us as we wanted to look around a few vehicles and once we decided he got us in and out in a couple hours.

Good buying process bad everything else

Jimmy did a phenomenal job when it came to the truck buying his customer service was top tier. However once I got the truck I only drove it five days in the first 45 I purchased it. Jimmy went above and beyond to get me my truck back but between parts and mechanic oversight I had to bring it back once again and had to deal with a dean hines. Dean was advised I needed a truck to continue with my jobs that I had lined up and he advised that enterprise would have one. Even with three days notice dean did not reach out to enterprise to make sure they had a truck let alone had a vehicle at all. After three day the truck was back to me and I had to physically ask for an explanation on what the issues were and how they were resolved. Overall Jimmy did great but dean was horrendous to work with.
