Sales Rep Joey Swearingin was personable and professional with excellent product knowledge. Bob, Joey's team leader was likewise excellent to work with. Would gladly buy a car thru them again.

The salesperson we dealt with at Checkered Flag was GREAT. I believe his name was Matt, and he was very professional, expedient, and pleasant to work with. He and the other sales people on the floor are the reason we would return to Checkered Flag. The problem was the "business manager" we had to deal with. First, she made us wait hours to complete our paperwork. That wasn't the worst part. She made the experience completely awful when she started showing us various add-on insurance options. We understood this was part of the process and were patient. However, we repeatedly told her that we were NOT interested, but she could not take a hint. She was overly aggressive and honestly made us feel like we were stupid or did not know what we were doing or saying. I would venture to refer to her as delusional. We were treated as ignorant when signing the contracts. I am a lawyer, and my husband is a pilot. We were in a much better position to review these documents than she (although we did not tell her this and let her continue to act like an idiot). We were highly offended by her conduct. Checkered Flag is a wonderful dealership, and I honestly felt sorry that the dealership had her as an employee. We would buy from them again, but we would NOT use her for the "business" side of things. With that being said, we love our Santa Fe Sport!

Adam at CF Hyundai was polite, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us to get us the best price we could. When we returned for additional training on our awesome. Equus we were treated the same way. This is at least my third purchase from Checkered Flag.

Sam was more than helpful in my search of a new vehicle. I already had one in mind which they had in stock on the lot. He was very personable and made the experience a breeze. They had the lowest price on the vehicle i wanted. They were accommodating with my unique situation and I would highly recommend Sam and Checkered Flag!

Geoff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff seemed courteous. It was a hassle-free and no-pressure experience and I love my Tuscon. I would recommend Checkered Flag Hyundai to anyone.
