Best Car Buying Experience
We had to purchase a new car as our old was totaled. Needless to say we were not excited to purchase a new vehicle so unexpectedly. Jeff at Checkered Flag was not only respectful, helpful, and accomodating, he also kept us fully informed, and made us excited about the car buying process again. It was easily the best car buying experience we've had and that was due to Jeff's efforts. Highly recommend.

Great place to buy a car
Second car I have bought from the Checkered Flag auto group. I will buy from them again. Great prices and no pressure to buy unwanted items. Both time's that I have bought from them I was able to complete the transaction in less than 30 minutes.

We wanted a Sante Fe and got more than we expected. Joey Swearingin was extremely helpful, walked us through the process step by step. The SUV is everything we hoped for. Such cool features, awesome appearance and even came with a tow package already installed. Checkered Flag Hyundai gets 5 stars from us. We will be back for future purchases!!!

Always a great experience
I have been dealing with Checkered Flag Hyundai since November 2011. Since that time I have bought 2 cars and leased another. It does not matter which transaction I do the experience is always the same. The sales staff is very friendly. They do not pressure you into any decisions. The staff is very informative and will take all the time you need. The pricing is unbeatable whether buying or leasing. Dealing with the service department is also a pleasure---no surprises.

Excellent service and employees
I went there knowing what car i wanted to look at and test drive and the salesperson i had (Sam) was excellent. He knows how to interect with the customers. I felt so welcome in there just by the other salespeople walking around interacting with you as you wait for the paperwork. All and all i recommend Checkered Flag Hyundai Volkswagon and ask for sam because he is the best.

Best Sales Person every.
We've brought several new cars but never had such a more out going pleasant salesperson as Aadi , she's an asset to the company and because of her I would gladly return to purchase another new vehicle.

Greg Thorne Rocks!
Before we came to Checkered Flag we were at Southern to look at a GMC, we were so pleased (not really) we walked out of the dealership and decided to look at Hyundai's at Checkered Flag. We liked the deal we received so much, we leased two vehicles instead. It gave me great pleasure the next day when Southern called me for a follow up phone call to tell them about the business they lost because their sales tactics, pricing and overall experience were less than desirable.

Great experience. Only criticism I have is that the waiting area isn't as nice as other dealerships, such as Tysinger Hyundai. And I don't think there should be a 25 word minimum on your survey.
