My Husband and I drove up to checkered flag to clear our mind on testing out other cars before we purchased a Mazda CX-5. When I was wondering the lot I was gracefully approached by Rich who offered me excellent service. He brought me inside to go over how Checkered Flag does business. After going to other dealerships, Richs ability to engage me and make me understand that they were focused on Me and My husbands needs were second to none. At first we just came to look and after I told them everything we wanted (which was a lot) Rich was able to get us just that. Before I could even try to haggle the price down, Rich had done that for me and gave me an unbelievable offer. They also gave me a magnificent trade in value for my car which other dealerships low balled us on. I would recommend Rich and Checkered flag Hyundai to all my friends.
