BMW in South Austin is terrific

I brought my 2018 X5 to get serviced. Like my past visits to Rick Hendricks dealership, the experience could not have been any more professional, courteous and efficient. Brian Woolverton was my Service Advisor. He explained exactly what was going to occur during the visit. His guidance was most appreciated. A terrific guy. The service technician did a very good job my work. His video to me clearly showed where he had been working. I really thank him for his good work—my X5 drive has improved for sure.

Customer service issues..

From the start in 2019...it takes 6-8 hours for these people to do anything, so they expect a customer to enjoy their waiting area?? Don't think so. Then we get a very low ball on the trade in, just because of the year and not the milage and equipment. And they want you to be happy!! Service is a nightmare, especially driiving northbound on I-35 just to get to their location...but yet we are suppose to be happy when we get there. And then there are the maintenance issues...seems bmw and especially this firm want one to have ALL maintenance done at their location, which is a pain to get to as noted above, but very expensive and time consuming, even of smallness of the repair...yet we are suppose to be happy! There are other things about this dealership...but I would never, ever recommend this dealership to anyone!! Much better ones in San Antonio!! More customer friendly!!

Great Service Experience

They made the service on my X5 easy as pie! It was quick and the waiting area is nice; got some coffee and completed a work video call while I waited. The service representative was friendly, informative, and efficient.
