Very professional service. Appointment was made and kept on time. Work to be done was explained in advance. Warranty service and State Inspection involved. I waited for work to be done and the waiting area is first class.

Camera Recall Repair
Customer service better than previous times I've been there. No one there when I drove in to the service department. Someone should always be there waiting when a customer arrives at the service department. Loaner car seemed a little disorganized. Wash job was great.

Blown Away!
Blown away is the best way to describe my husband?s and my car buying experience with BMW of South Austin. We had been taking our previous BMW to this dealership for service for a couple of years. It was purchased at another dealership, but you would never know that from the first rate professional service that we have always received at BMW of South Austin. When we decided we might want to trade-in our existing vehicle, we mentioned it to Molly Gardner, our service specialist. She gave us personalized care and put us in contact with Charles Ball. Charles is the portfolio/leasing manager that acted as the point person on our trade-in for the dealership. Charles is the utmost professional. He gave us personalized care, took his time with us, ensured that we found exactly the vehicle that fit our needs and negotiated a fair purchase agreement with us. We never felt pressured, upsold or any of the uncomfortableness that typically comes along with the negotiation of a vehicle purchase. Charles was assisted on our purchase by Jennifer Aguirre, our client advisor, Heidi Marhofer, our financial services manager, and Samantha Lindman, our guest services manager that walked us through all of the features of our new car. Each of these individuals was solely focused on providing us with the best possible customer service experience. We have never had a car buying experience like this! BMWs are the same at any dealership that you go to. It is the service and the people that make the difference. BMW of South Austin has assembled an outstanding team of professionals to represent their dealership and you would be hard pressed to find a better run dealership anywhere. Great experience overall
We went looking for a used car and Jay showed us one car that we liked but the service was so great we actually wound up buying a new car. Martyn was also very helpful with all the paperwork. We actually drive from San Antonio by the way and will continue to go to this dealership from now on

Outstanding service!
We have used BMW South Austin since they opened for our electric i3. Their service advisors always listen carefully and provide useful advice. Their service is done very quickly compared to other local dealerships. The facilities are beautiful and clean. I drive from West Austin to enjoy their service and I have recommended them to friends, 2 of which have bought their new BMWs there.
