Do not buy a car from this place. They are the epitome of what a used car sales place is!! I purchased a vehicle from them from out of state and it broke down after driving it for 2 miles. Right after I purchased the vehicle it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. my vehicle is still in the shop and my car payment is due next week on a vehicle I have yet to drive more than 5 miles. They stuck me a gigantic interest rate so they could get a kickback from my loan every month. I called to see if they were going to do anything about the vehicle braking down and they told me no, use the extended warranty i purchased. Only right part of this purchase was getting the extended warranty. Thanks for that Justin…lol. Oh yeah, they didn’t apply my 500 deposit I had put down to my purchase and they put my out of state sales tax into my loan. I had to call them to get all this money back. Please beware and go purchase somewhere else

My wife and I almost bought a car from Yalcars and had it

My wife and I almost bought a car from Yalcars and had it shipped to us. THANKFULLY we decided to drive there to see it for ourselves and drive it first. We were told it was in excellent condition (it had an excellent condition price) and even shown a video of it, however, when we got there we found that the video conveniently failed to show several very concerning issues such as a large hole rusted in the frame (which was being covered by an adhesive strip) and the air intake was being held together by duct tape(!). It was also making noises in the front drivers wheel and the tires that we were told “still had the nubs” on them weren’t more than 50%. The sales manager was very arrogant and became very hostile when we questioned these issues to which he said there “isn’t even a trouble light” which I am positive was deleted. My biggest regret is that we didn’t look this place up on BBB first and save us the hassle as all the negative comments completely summed up our experience. This dealership truly fits the stereotypical slime ball dealership and saddens me it is able to continue to take advantage of people and stay in business.

HORRIBLE.

HORRIBLE...RUN AWAY...Totally UNTRUSTWORTHY...COMPLETE JOKE.......!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN!!! CAR STILL HAS MANY ISSUES and the ISSUES BEGAN 3 minutes after I drove the car off the lot.....SNAKE OIL SALES ARE OF HIGHER CALIBER

We had an excellent experience with YALCARS.

We had an excellent experience with YALCARS. Ross was fantastic and answered every question and concern we had. He even went above and beyond to help us with our old vehicle as well in a unique situation we ran into. Justin in financing was also great and really worked with us to find us the best options for purchasing our vehicle! Overall absolutely great service and we are very happy with our new (to us) family van!

Spoke with manager about gx470 had question he said he would take pics and send them to me !! I never heard back for 5 days until I contacted him . And he texted me that car was sold. Very unprofessional.

Russ and Nick were very helpful.

Russ and Nick were very helpful. My wife an I bought the vehicle that we wanted and found you through internet search. We live quite a distance away from your lot so that means test drives and laying physical eyes on the car was not an option. Russ did a great job giving details and took close up detailed pics so that I was comfortable making the purchase. my only minor issue was trying to get a solid delivery date as I live nearly 1000 miles from Yalcars lot. We were surprising out teenage son with the car and not having this issue did not allow for the surprise. Nevertheless he was still extremely excited and most importantly the car arrived as promised. Thank you and know that we would refer someone to Yalcars.
