We never drove the car.

We never drove the car. No salesperson came outside to help us. It didn't look near as good as it had in the pics anyway so after looking around for 30 minutes with not even a hello from anyone we left.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for Ross, Detailing -0⭐'s..

Great experience! First time buying from Yalcars. Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. I did it myself. 5⭐'s to all except the detailer, needs retrained. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sent them an email about a truck I was interested in.

Sent them an email about a truck I was interested in. Took them 3 days to email me back, and the truck all ready had a deposit on it. If they would have got back with me soon it may not have had a deposit when I contacted them. Oh well my fault for not calling or driving up to see it I guess.
