Did not like like Johnny's attitude and the way he talked
Did not like like Johnny's attitude and the way he talked to me as a customer. I personally do not recommend working with him. He will cost that dealership in loss revenue. He needs remediation in customer service.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our preowned vehicle from Madison Ford. Our salesman allowed us to compare vehicles by test driving. The person working with us on registration and other paperwork was well organized and moved along faster than we expected.

POTENTIAL FRAUD ALERT I took my vehicle to Madison
POTENTIAL FRAUD ALERT I took my vehicle to Madison Ford at the end of September for service. At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room. I can prove my claims and the only excuses they provided were the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Middle school students wouldn't believe any if it.
