I purchased my car there in 2021. The service department has been wonderful completing recalls and normal maintenance. The service managers there are always pleasant and helpful. My last visit was for a recall. David got me in and out quickly. A great experience.

Friendly, prompt and concise service. My appointment to have my Va State inspection was scheduled for 11:30am, I arrived at 11:00 am and they took my car straight in and returned it to me by 11:30.

I wanted the Ford Super Duty model with the 6.
I wanted the Ford Super Duty model with the 6.7 diesel and the 10 speed transmission. I wanted a fairly basic package but a step above the work truck style with steel wheels...Hunter, the sales person who helped me, steered me towards the XL model with a sports package upgrade. It's perfect. Even with the simpler XL model, it has so many useful options: 360 degree cameras, auto dimming lights, a very nice audio system which links to my phone, just to name a few of the options. Not to mention the engine and transmission which is very powerful and just what I wanted. I got a great deal and Hunter the salesman was top notch. Very happy with my truck!
