Ray was nice and a knowledgeable, but I didn’t like paying for the diagnostic fee for them to tell me they were not sure why the warning came up for sure.

Genuinely weird experience. When I was purchasing car and was waiting for a rate I was left alone by myself for probably half an hour just waiting. Genuinely weird experience, felt kind of pressured to just buy and get out of there.

Service got my vehicle right in and made sure I was caught up on all my services! The advisers were polite and explained everything so I understood what was being done to my vehicle! I was on my way in no time at all! Will continue to go back to McCandless!!
