I am glad others had a good experience here, because I'd rather believe ours was an anomaly. My 19-year-old son was shopping for a used car and found a possible candidate online at AN. We went with him to check it out. The man who worked with is was very nice, but the car was a mess! The seats and dashboard had been detailed, but the rest of the interior was filthy. More alarming: the car was listed as having a clean Carfax report, but it had clearly been in a collision with something that was serious enough to destroy the front grille and both foglights, and bend the hood and chassis. The hood couldn't even latch! We were told the front grille was 'on order and expected to arrive today', but then we were told the car had just arrived and they didn't know its history. The whole thing just felt very off. Again: I hope our experience was anomalous; just be alert of you shop here.
