Professional, courteous, professional service

Richard makes the buying experience a pleasure, which is something I have not experienced in the past. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and shows genuine interest in making sure that I purchased the right vehicle for me. Once, the vehicle was delivered, he spent time with me to ensure that I was comfortable with all the features of my new Explorer. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to all my friends. Next vehicle I buy will be easier since I will not need to shop around, I know Richard will treat me the way I believe to be appropriate. No negatives in my experience.

Great Customer Service !

Richard, one of the associates taking care of selling me the 2020 Mustang, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience while buying the car. He is an excellent Team member at your dealership.

Stealer Dealer do not buy here

The salesmen are rude and do not understand concept of customer service I offered $15,900 cash for a mustang listed at $16,900 according to NADA, Kelly and CF Salesman was insulted then insulted me and came back with sales mgr, not only would they not come down -$1,000 on price They demanded $5,000 in bogus dealer fees, put the door price over $22,000 for a car listed at $16,900 total thieves!! Since most buyers are financing they just bury all these fees in monthly payment to unsuspecting soles!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Once again the dealership listed a vehicle for sale at a great price only to pull it at the last minute and try to place you in a vehicle at nearly twice the price after reading the reviews on cars.com seems to be standard operating procedure.

Will never visit again

Offered me 5k for a trade in and then added more than the trade in value in "Dealer costs". Insane. Terrible. Do not visit and waste your time

Underhanded Dealership - Shady

If you are thinking of using this dealership for anything. RUN! In the other direction. Terrible business ethics. Its like they dont want to sell cars. They dont stand behind the deals they offer. They change the listed price when you get there. Save yourself the headaches. Go anywhere else.
