I found many discrepancies between the price negotiated with sales and the Finance Mgr. My fault, but don’t make the same mistake I made. Beware of the$999.00 charge for government paperwork and the$249 charge for clear coat warranty.

This negotiation lasted over an hour with constant offers and counter offers. By the time we got to the Finance mgr., I didn’t read all the paperwork shoved in my face for signature. My fault and I take full responsibility. I brought my 2013 edge in for service and saw a 2017 Lexus 350 for sale for $30450. I was interested, AzoreFontanot brought a worksheet that had the $ 30450 plus $999 for government paperwork, $975 for refurbishing, 249 for Zurich warranty , other costs for various registrations and motor vehicle expenses and $8000 for my car trade in. I told Azore that I never heard of a charge for government paperwork, refurbishing and I didn’t want any additional warranties. I also said, that since I owed $9520 on my ford loan, I wanted to be made whole. During this discussion, the internet price on the car changed to $29475. So, I said I Wanted that price. He came back and said good news my mgr. will match the price, brought a worksheet back that used the trade in from 8000 to $9000. Then the conversation switched to monthly payment, and they figured a 10% interest on my loan and if I did a credit check he could reduce my monthly payment. I told him I would put $11000 down instead of $10000 to lower the monthly payment, below $400. He came back and said good news, I had excellent credit, and could get an interest rate of 4.5%. This was good news, but not enough to get me below the $400 per month. I was somewhat surprised, since we worked on lowering my price, got a great rate, increased my down payment but still couldn’t get below $400. Sergio said if I changed the loan from 60 to 72 months, I could get below $400 per month. I agreed, signed all the paperwork, then when transferring stuff from my car, we noticed a tear in the back seat. Sergio took a picture, said they new a guy that could take care of I and Azore would be in touch. The next day , I pulled the paperwork and looked over in detail. The first thing I noticed that they never changed the trade in value to cover the cost of my ford loan, instead, they deducted the portion above $9000.00 they didn’t cover, $592., from my down payment. The secon thing I noticed was they elimated the $999 government charge, with a” predelivery service charge of $999. Third, I noticed they didn’t match the lower price I showed them on my phone to $29475, but lowered it to $29,975. Fourth, they buried the Zurich Shield charge of $249 in the mound of paperwork. Fifth, my loan had an interest rate of 4.99, not4.50. Sixth, they refused to pay for the seat repair because the car was sold “ as is”. I’ve been buying cars for fifty years and never has so many changes to what we agreed to, and what finally showed up in the documentation. My fault, but I think my story should be told on social media. However, I will wait for your response before taking that step, Thank you , Ralph Napoliello

Reading the review made me sick! Businesses need to understand that social network is very powerful before even walking over there. Why do we have to be so cautious towards a necessity to go to work in life, vehicles are a need. Just a nice facade.

RUN AWAY!!! Not worth losing your money there.
Tried to buy a used car listed online, the listing was deceiving misrepresenting what they had to sell. The car was all modded and that was not disclosed. Found out about that 2 days later..The 3 days money back is a STRAIT LIE..they will not honor it despite the add being on the car listing. Conclusion: they charged me $4k to give me my trade back. Expensive 100 miles driven on that piece of Sh**** i bought from them.

How is it I come in October of 2019, get work done on my car with an extended Ford Warranty, you guys give me a rental and then the rental car company charges me 30 in jan of 2020 30.00??????????????????????????? Enterprise said "Grieco hasn't paid their invoices so we had to charge the customer". Are you guys serious? You service manager needs to contact me ASAP and refund my charges I received from Enterprise. Not being able to pay your invoices is not my problem. I will be posting this email all over the internet and social media.

I’ve taken my car into Delray Beach grieco ford a couple of times for unforeseen issues. And the staff there has been the most pleasant staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with three other car manufacturers dealers. And this is also the first Ford I’ve ever owned. And I must say I will definitely be retiring to Grieco for my next vehicle. Also big thanks to Juan my service advisor for making servicing my vehicle so easy. I work odd hours and long days. And he is always able to accommodate the servicing of my vehicle. I know when I drop my car off I do not need to worry. He truly is and amazing Employee

I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt I should this time. My husband and I are from New Jersey and recently bought a second home in Florida. I have been having a problem with my GT350 and had it in my NJ Ford dealer 3 times in December and once in January before we left for Florida. NJ dealer repeatedly told me that “I wouldn’t worry about that noise” and that there was nothing wrong with my car. I took it in for service at Greico Ford and have never been happier. Daily Diaz was so helpful and friendly. While speaking with her she introduced me to Charlie, one of the mechanics. He heard the noise right away. The one Gentilini Ford said I was imagining. That very day I was driving my car. It felt so good to hear it back to normal. Greico Ford employee’s really know cars, and work hard to do their jobs. I will make every appointment at Greico from now on. Thank you Daily and Charlie and everyone else that helped make my experience awesome! I recommend them to anyone that needs a new car or service.

Bervens is the best! He was very patient with me, showing me all the vehicles on my list and letting me test drive the ones I was interested in. When it came down to the insurance he told me about a different insurance company and I was able to cut the quote from my own company by half!

Wife wants an Expedition, knowing this dealership sells many cars and my wife located some vehicles that she was interested in at good prices, so we decided to make a visit. Called ahead to schedule a visit because we have 2 children, one that is 18 months and being anywhere is with him should be considered a sport at this age. Cara took my call and was prefect, asking questions to obtain our info very quickly. Appointment scheduled for 12:00 but we were late of course and the baby fell asleep in the car. I got out of the car very quietly to rush into the place, greeted immediately by an associate named Jason who went and got Cara. Jason helped us and was incredible. Very knowledgable, perfect approach. We gathered all of the information we needed quickly, including the numbers with the assistance from the manager (who was also great). Continuing to complete our due diligence today as this is a very large purchase for our family but hope to purchase our new Ford Expedition within the next 2 days for the team at Grieco Ford of Delray.
