Above and beyond
WOW! What an amazing experience at Grieco Ford of Delray Beach! We dealt with Scott and Jason, both excellent salesmen. Scott took us on an initial test drive, and Jason took care of us the following day when we decided to come back and make a purchase. From start to finish, the buying experience was fantastic (my aunt purchased a pre-owned car for her daughter, and I was there throughout the entire process). No pushy sales gimmicks, only smiling faces and a pleasant atmosphere. Congratulations to Grieco Ford for having such wonderful employees! Based on this experience, I am planning to come and purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.

this place is a joke
i have called service 4 times in 3 days. i get a different person every time. no one knows what is going on and no one will call me back. they all said they would call but no one does. i will never bring my car to this location again.

Updating my review here. After posting, the dealer made every effort to try and remedy my... lack of communication. Even a call from the corporate office. I always give the benefit of the doubt of a bad day, but still believe in the power of a review. Zorro called me this morning and was spectacular. Went above and beyond to assist post my initial issues with the dealer. Three days now... I have been calling, emailing, etc on a used vehicle they have listed. Tyra has promised me return calls each day.. None.. Trevor started a text conversation then vanished with no responses. Been trying to buy a used vehicle they have listed. Over 3 hours away, so want some questions answered, but good luck. TERRIBLE communication from their team, which has all but cost them a car deal. I do NOT recommend this dealer.

Awsome salesman Shawn
My wife and I went into Grieco Ford on Wed. about 6pm and ran into Shawn a salesman and explained that I wanted to trade my 2017 F-150 truck, wasn't quite sure what. Anyway by about 9pm we decided to go for an Ecosport because of the time of the evening we said we would return on Thursday afternoon which we did, traded the truck and purchased an 18 Ecosport . It wasn't quite the one we agreed on but appeared to be one with more than a few extra options, and drives well. Shawn explained a few things about the transaction and in the end we shook hands and took the car. The Financing was smooth sailing as well thanks to Sal. Everything went well and I am glad we stuck with Grieco Ford of Del Ray Beach.

Awesome Salesman
Recently my wife and I stop in to the dealership to get an idea of what it's going to cost us buying used vs a new vehicle. We were greeted by Jason Irvine, and was delighted to show us some numbers. As we proceeded, he was able to help us narrow down the vehicle that would be right for us. He said to us that he wanted us to leave there with the vehicle we loved rather than the vehicle we liked. We truly appreciated those words. Although my wife and I did not leave there with the vehicle we had in mind, he assured us that he will keep an eye out for us when it's available. Thank you, Jason.

Mini Coop Coup
Husband and I found ourselves in a pinch with youngest child vehicle giving up on her. Looked online for reliable vehicles in our price range with low miles. This dealership came up and we called about an ad for a mini cooper. Tudette was initial contact person and was very sweet and introduced us to Jason Irvine who was also very pleasant and greeted us quickly by offering us water and a place to talk about our need. After initial convo regarding online price vs. cash price, we took vehicle for a ride and was please with everything except one....alignment was off. After expressing our desire to have it properly aligned, we were reminded of the "as-is" clause. Car fax revealed salvaged title and that caused concern for us. After convo with several managers, last one being sales manager, we agreed to purchase IF they agreed to fix alignment. They did....we did...and we are pleased. Personnel that we dealt with from Tudette & Jason to finance guy was very easy and I felt as though they treated us like great friends! We never felt pressured even when we had inital concerns. They met us half way and made a concession to get deal done. We appreciiated that very much!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
Inquired about a car online and recd multiple emails WITH the ad containing the picture, ID #, description and PRICE. Went in to purchase and when I said I was paying CASH, they immediately raised the price $1000. After calling the manager, they agreed to the advertised price that I had IN WRITING. Then they wrote up a deal with DEALER FEES which brought the price back up to over the extra $1000 they tried to stick me with for paying cash. Walked out! Horrible! Do not buy from this dealer

New Tires
Went in for a thumping noise with a tire. Needed two new tires. I drive a Mustage 5.0 and had to not only replaced bad tire but both back tires so the car ran smoothly. Tires took a couple of days when ordered but they gave me a beautiful red F150 truck to drive, FREE. Replaced stripped lug-nut, FREE. Replaced misplaced spare, FREE. For some reason when they unlocked my tires someone misplaced my spare. Again, my service adviser went above and beyond and had my spare replaced. FREE. Will go back again.
