Brought in my son’s 13 year old Sedona for an inspection before driving cross country. The immediate news was not good as the van required over $3,000 of work which exceeded the value of the vehicle and repairs needed to be done within 2 days. Valerie the service manager worked with us to make only the most important repairs on a tight timeline and save us money. She was very kind and listened to my concerns over multiple phone calls trying to decide whether to scrap the vehicle or try to save it. I was very happy with the outcome and the service and the genuine caring from the staff.

I had the regular maintenance done today. They found a couple of things that needed to be done, a cabin filter and tire alignment. Waited just an hour and a half. I was happy about that and everyone was very nice and accommodating.

While waiting for our Sorrento to be serviced, multiple staff members frequently checked on us, offering conversations and refreshments as we waited. It made the waiting time more enjoyable.

We currently have a Kia Nero and love it so when we went to the new car show we saw the Forte and thought it would make a great addition for the kids. After seeing the awesome deals that were at the dealership we contacted Spencer and we got the Forte EX. It is a beautiful car and everyone there was nice and helpful. Would recommend to friends to go there.
