I had a wonderful experience at Darcars Kia of Frederick....

I had a wonderful experience at Darcars Kia of Frederick. Brian Berkman is amazing and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. He's not your typical car salesman. He is very professional, honest and speaks clearly (and at a normal pace so that you can understand him). Both him and Constantin were very responsive by telephone and email and my overall experience with the entire team was amazing. I visited the dealer on Thursday afternoon and took a car for a test drive. Friday morning I made my decision and the signing was done in less than an hour (Thanks Brenda!!).

KENNY ROGERS IS THE WORSE MANAGER IVE DEALT WITH SINCE LEAVING THE LAST DEALERSHIP I WORKED FOR! WE ACTUALLY HAD A CONVERSATION ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. KEVIN WAS PLEASANT UP UNTIL I DIDNT AGREE TO DO THE WORK AND WAS INITIALLY TOLD THAT MY RECALL WAS BEING DONE AS WELL AS THE COUPLER. BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE WHEN I DIDNT AGREE TO THE WORK! I WAS TOLD BY KENNY ROGERS THAT THE COUPLER WAS DUE TO THE ISSUE WITH THE SERVICES THAT I DIDNT AGREE TO HAVE DONE ‘BELT TENSIONER, ALTERNATOR PULLY, AND VALVE INTAKE $850. I ALSO PAID $99 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION THAT I WAS ORIGINALLY WUOTED $120 BEFORE I ASKED FOR AN DISCOUNT OF SOME SORT. AND ON THE WORK ORDER IT SAYS THAT THERE WAS AN 27 POINT INSPECTION COMPLETED AND FLUIDS TOPPED OFF, BUT MY COOLANT AND WASHER FLUID IS STILL EMPTY AND HAD TO FILL THEM UP TODAY BEFORE MY TRIP! I PRAY THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE CORRECTLY! AND THAT WAS THE ONLY SERVICE THAT WAS COMPLETED... THE SERVICE I PAID FOR... HOW CONVENIENT!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THE LOOK OF THE PLACE REPLICATES WHO YOUR DEALING WITH! GM... START FROM THE TOP AND START OVER CUASE THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT IN YOUR BUSINESS AND BY TREATING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY ... YOUR BUSINESS WONT STRIVE!! WATCH THE NUMBERS CAUSE IF KENNY ROGERS DOESNT GET HIS CUSTOMERS SERVICE BETTER.... YOU LOSE!!!

The WORST place to purchase a car from! All they care...

The WORST place to purchase a car from! All they care about is taking your money. Be careful and know your stuff before you sign anything! They add numbers in, increasing the price- without informing you. They also tell you one thing, then switch up once the deal is ready to be sealed. They have put me in so many situations. Do not buy from them!

Right in right out!

T dealership has always been fine for service. My issue is waiting for KIA to fix an issue! Would be nice if they hurry up! It makes it look bad for the factory not to keep up with issues!

My experience at Darcars of Frederick Kia was awesome....

My experience at Darcars of Frederick Kia was awesome. From our Sales person Jackie our business manager Dan to the General Manager Constantin. Very professional. Never felt pressured. Got a fantastic deal. We bought a 2020 Kia Forte. Great Deals going on now.
