Good first service experience

I enjoyed my service experience with DarCars KIA of Frederick. They did not try and sell me turn signal fluid or anything else like that. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I hope all my Service experiences will be like this one.

Courteous, efficient and transparent

While I am accustomed to the concept of "upselling", using it in my own business, I am always pleased with the clarity of the options I'm given here at DARCARS Kia of Frederick. I came in for regular service, and some recommendations were made beyond what I'd scheduled. I selected some and passed on others. No hassle. The work was done even more quickly than promised and the cost was as expected.

Sorrento Purchase

I pretty much knew what I wanted and Donovan did his best to match us with the right car. We love our new car. Performance of the 4 Cylinder Engine is good even while driving on mountains. 6-speed Transmission shifts very smoothly.

Always had good service and no complaints at this time. Clean lounge area and courteous people. No delay experienced and scheduling was very easy to do

He was very helpful and more than willing to answer all of our questions. Every employee I have dealt with has been great. However, these surveys are ridiculous. I wouldn't mind filling out a short survey BUT TO REQUIRE A 25 WORD MINIMUM!? You have got to be kidding. I filled out 3 surveys when I bought my van (the van is great) and now you want me to write 25 words every time I walk in the building. No. If you all don't figure out some way to get feedback without being stalkers, I'm sure I can find another dealership to take my business.

First maintenance on my new car.

Kenny is efficient and explained services provided for first maintenance. He makes customer feel welcome and important. Car was vacuumed and Windows washed for me. As a disabled senior, this outstanding service is invakuable. I left with that new car feeling again. I recommend KIA to everyone looking to purchase a new car. Service is provided quickly and thoroughly.

Least stressful car purchase ever!

I've had some less than great car buying experiences and tend to keep cars for a very long time mainly for that reason. I went into the dealership on a Friday afternoon and drove a Kia Sorento...needed some time to think about the various vehicles so went back the next morning to purchase. I was there for just over two hours...everyone was helpful and friendly and made the process as easy as possible.
