First I will say that the sales process was fine. The salesperson that helped us was very kind. However, they sold a car that had many pre-existing problems including a motor issue that is causing the whole motor to have to be replaced. We were told that there were badly done repairs on the car. Therefore, their inspection process must not be thorough. The dealership we have taken it to for the issues stated that everything they have found should have been discovered in the inspection. HGreg states there is nothing they can do to help us because we didn’t purchase the extended warranty which mind you I’ve never purchased when buying used vehicles. Usually I get my used vehicles from a dealership though so I guess that was my mistake with trusting HGreg to thoroughly inspect a vehicle before putting it on the lot. Also, whoever I spoke to on the phone to inquire about whether anything can be done was very rude. “Did you buy the extended warranty? Oh. No? Then I can’t help you.” All without even waiting for me to even ANSWER him whether or not we purchased the extended warranty or not. If we’re ever in the market to buy a car again we will steer clear of them.

We had a very disappointing experience with HGreg Auto and feel obligated to warn others. The communication is extremely inconsistent it’s very hard to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, you’re often rushed or talked over. The finance process felt especially dishonest. We noticed that the down payment was added back into the total price, and even after showing clear math, they refused to correct it. Lawrence Guevarra, the finance manager, was particularly frustrating to deal with. He talks very fast and often over you, creating pressure to sign quickly without fully understanding what you’re agreeing to. What’s worse, my nephew was signed into bi-weekly payments that were about $250 over what he could realistically afford even after making his budget clear. That kind of decision feels intentional and predatory. Charging interest rates as high as 25% is already tough, but putting someone in a loan you know they can’t sustain just sets them up for failure and potential repossession. That’s not helping people that’s taking advantage of them. If you’re looking for a dealership that is transparent and genuinely looking out for your best interest, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

My experience with Ali was nothing short of AMAZING! He helped me find the right car and went above and beyond to make sure that I drove away in a car that I was 100% happy with. I HIGHLY recommend working with Ali if you ever come to the HGreg Orlando Location!! I will be bringing my friends and family to him whenever I can, I have never been more happy driving away in a new used car!!!

$5000 fees on top of whatever price is advertised. This makes every good or great deal a horrible financial decision. Their fees are 2 to 5 times higher than any dealer in the area. I’m not against a dealer making money, but the customer shouldn’t lose on every transaction.
