I was told at the time of purchase that I had five days

I was told at the time of purchase that I had five days to report any problems with the vehicle, which I did within that window. Despite doing exactly what I was instructed, the situation was mishandled from the very beginning. My salesperson, Nicholas, claimed that he documented the needed repairs on the day of sale, which is completely false. Those issues were not written down or addressed at that time, and that misrepresentation only made the situation worse. I then worked with Jessica in the service department, who helped to a certain extent, but the process quickly turned into a drawn out, frustrating experience. I made multiple trips to HGreg, only to sit around and be told different things each time. Eventually, I was informed that they still needed to set up an account with a Chevy dealership and that I would have to drop the vehicle off, after already wasting significant time going back and forth. I repeatedly tried to follow up to set up an appointment, leaving voicemails and sending text messages, but received no response at all. At that point, I felt completely ignored. After being given the runaround, having my time wasted, and getting no communication, I was left with no choice but to handle the issue myself. As a result of their lack of action and follow through, I ended up paying over $400 out of my own pocket to fix a problem that should have been addressed when I first reported it. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and far from the level of service I expected.
