I had a very disappointing experience with Hgreg Orando. During the test drive, I pointed out an issue with the vehicle, and I was verbally promised that it would be taken care of. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the purchase. While driving home that day, the issue was clearly not addressed. I initially spoke with a manager named George, and was told to speak with another manager named Moises Cintron. Both acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be fixed. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept. The issue was never resolved, and once the sale was completed, it became extremely difficult to get any follow-up or accountability. I attached the original email from Moises Cintron to Felipe Garip six days ago and never received a response of any kind. It’s frustrating because this situation could have been avoided with better communication and basic customer service. Buying a car is a major purchase, and trust is a big part of that process. In my case, that trust was broken. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure any promised repairs are fully completed before finalizing any deal here.
