Tavaris C. delivered VIP-level service that exceeded all expectations. I recently purchased a new car and had the absolute pleasure of working with Tavaris. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to make sure both my daughter and I were taken care of. He showed so much patience with all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. His determination and commitment to providing the best service really stood out. He treated us like VIPs the entire time. What impressed me most was his winner's attitude. He never made us feel rushed or pressured; instead, he supported us, and he made this experience truly special. He has done an outstanding job, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We are so grateful to him for helping us find our new car. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I drove over an hour for a traverse , the listed price was within my budget. After all the unnecessary fees, the Car totaled over $7000 more than the listed price. I explained, how I have an approval through my credit union and was willing to put 10% down on top of that, and how their price is way over budget and excessively high. I was told by the salesman.. “Well buy a cheaper car”. No barging, no consideration, no care for the customer budget. This is my first and last time ever going to a no name dealer. I’d stick with the brands I know. Oh and to add injury to insult.. There’s no warranty that comes with the vehicle. You have to purchase their $2000 warranty. RIDICULOUS!

I bought my car on the 17th of July, it was late around

I bought my car on the 17th of July, it was late around 7:30pm when I finally left, looked at the car and like it very much, was a 2020 honda crvExl, I found out the mirror had a crack when it was raining and all the lights came on the dash board, I called hgreg the next day and spoke with the salesmen and explained what the problem was and all the lights were on and affecting my car performance and the a/c light is supposed to be green but it was orange, the manager never called me back on Friday so I called again on Monday and explained to him what happened and all the lights were on because the mirror had a big crack in it and water had enter the mirror and made the dashboard go crazy with lights that stayed on for the next 3 weeks until 8/08/2025 which was my appointment at 10:00am, showed up early and checked in with the mechanic section, they took my car and brought it back in 20 minutes and told me they took care of the lights on the dashboard and the orange light on the ac is normal which is a lie, the light is supposed to be green I argued with them about and even showed them that when the ac light is orange there is 5 different things that could be wrong, I even called over at the honda dealership and they told me that there is a problem and needs to be fixed, but hgreg kept telling me this is normal and I knew that they were living, then the told me that the mirror on the passenger door that had a big crack and a piece of the mirror missing was cosmetic and they would not change it, after arguing with them they told me that if I say the salesman that sold me the car to say he was going to have it fixed and I told them I don't lie and do not want to get this guy fired because you want me to lie, I got totally pissed off asked for ny keys and left, went to the honda dealership and they checked out ny ac and found two problems, the relay for the ac was no good so I had them replace it and the light is green and the ac blows much stronger and also the cabin air filter was pretty much clogged, if hgreg would have done there job in the first place I would not be writing this long disgruntled patron and sent all that money buying this car if they would have done there job right in the first place, the manager in Orlando hgreg should be fired as he does not take care of his buyers when there is a legitimate problem just wants to blame the customer, I will never recommend any of my friends and family to this place as they have no integrity are any type of customer service skills, they are supposed to make the customer happy and they did not, just kept arguing with me and living to my face over and over again, someone needs to shake up the management in this place to the general manager to the mechanic manager, I used to work on cars at Pape chevrolet and had never seen anything like this before, shame on you for treating a paying customer like this and I desperately hope someone takes care of those incompetent people and teach them the customer is always right, I felt like it was me against them and I should not have felt that way at all, my problem is fixed due to me going to the professionals and having a great customer service and awesome mechanics that don't make excuses and lie to the customer, they should be ashamed of themselves and I hope someone does something about this.
