I found an advertised price for a vehicle I had been

I found an advertised price for a vehicle I had been searching for over some time. The price seemed unusually low, so I reached out to confirm its accuracy, as I didn’t want to waste my time if it was incorrect. I was assured multiple times that the price was accurate and applied to the specific vehicle in question. I visited the dealership, took the car for a test drive, and was ready to make the purchase. However, I was then informed that the listed price was incorrect and significantly higher. After speaking with both the manager and general sales manager, I was told the price was a mistake and that they would not honor it. Interestingly, the price changed overnight, after I had been at the dealership prepared to buy at the advertised rate. I would advise caution when dealing with this dealership. They advertised a false price, failed to honor their mistake, and changed the price after my visit. Be wary of misleading pricing practices.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dave was a great salesperson. Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Receptionist that greeted us was great & the finance guy was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends & family.

I visited this dealership where I purchased my Santa

I visited this dealership where I purchased my Santa Cruz. I was having a tire pressure problem and all 4 tires were way under inflated according to the car display. One tire was showing a problem with pressure even though the air pressure of all 4 was the same. This tire had a faulty stem when it was only 3weeks old, same tire!! I got to my 9:00 appointment at 8:45 they took me right in. 3 HOURS LATER!!! (After my car sat for over 40 minutes in the completed door) I was called that it was done… after I asked the service person if there was a problem!! He said no that my tires were way under inflated at 27lbs. How could this be since I had an oil change and tire rotation the end of April and tires should have been properly inflated then. They set them at 35lbs. (27 to 35lbs. Is quite a difference and nothing is wrong???) However this should not have taken 3 HOURS!! Considering not going there for service again!!

On July 15th I flew from VA to RI to purchase a used

On July 15th I flew from VA to RI to purchase a used vehicle that was advertised as in great condition. When I arrived, I test drove the car for about 5 minutes and ended up purchasing the car. The car had no accidents or any damage reported from both the Carfax and the dealership itself. On my 8 hour drive home, a little over halfway when I hit heavy traffic I noticed the car felt like it was limping. The next morning, I went to my local Hyundai dealership and when they put it on a lift I was shocked with what I saw (see photo, videos are not allowed on Yelp). I then called the dealership and Mike Messina the user car manager said that "had I brought the vehicle back in 20 minutes we would have helped." The next few calls were the most alarming because Mike Messina and GM Rob McAuliffe maintained that I was the one who caused the damage....yup you read that right. They maintained that the car never left the shop with the damage that you see in the pictures and that I was the one who caused the damage. To top it off, after doing a little digging on the internet, it seems I'm not the only one with this type of issue, being sold a car that damage was undisclosed and that the dealership then blamed it on the customer. My friends, be aware of the risk you take buying vehicles from this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend taking any car off their lot to the mechanic. Its very clear that this shop has no issue and no second thoughts about putting their customers in cars that could be unsafe and then letting them ride off into the sunset. Here are some legal statutes when buying a used car in RI. R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-5.4-2
