They have lost 2 sales to a dealer I was willing, and did, drive 6.5 hours one way, both times, to get a much better deal and the car I actually wanted. nice enough sales staff. They just don't email or call you back and don't really give any discounts off MSRP (which is an already made up number by the factory). Jon (sales manager) was only offering a 2.3% off MSRP and relied on factory rebates and incentives I didn't qualify for to try and make me think I was getting a good deal. This was only after I had to initiate a callback and several follow up emails and text messages. Then Jon just ghosted me completely. I was ready to buy. He said he could do a dealer trade but never followed up and I never heard back after that. I got 8.3% off MSRP before any incentives or rebates (remember I didn't qualify for any).

Our salesman, Sean O’Grady was the best, he took his time in answering all our questions and showed us everything about the car. We couldn’t be happier about our experience and will definitely recommend him to our friends!

Gordie was great to deal with and happy with our correspondence. Kept me informed about the build and always up to date. I have reached out to the salesman he sent me too with three E-mails and two text messages with no response.

I will never trust Mike White Ford again! Sneaky service guys who don't care how bad they do you wrong. This time they messed with the wrong gal. Seeking legal avenues and filing complaints !

I recently bought my first car at this dealership and it was the absolute best experience. It was such a blessing for our salesman to be Gary Bower. (Product specialist) I was nervous about getting ripped off or screwed over, but all the staff immediately gave great energy and vibes and was so sweet. Gary was awesome and gave all the details and information we needed and was super genuine and kind. Very patient as well, I got to test drive and try everything out, with full tank of gas when I left too! It honestly couldn’t have gone better, and I got a great deal !! Thank you guys for everything! I love my little Nissan rogue ! In the future I would definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you

The sales department is ok but the service department sucks. They ignore you if you have any kind of warranty issues. I’ll never use this dealership again. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Went to look at the new Broncos, Big Bend Sasquatch, 2.3 turbo 4-cyl. First Ford I've ever owed. Ford got it right with the Bronco. Swithed from GM to Ford. Staff was fantastic process was 3.5 hrs. (not bad if you've bought a new car before). Mike White Ford is top shelf. Andres Polez was our salesman and he did excellent.

On August 28th , just 4 days after my birthday , I went to Mike White Ford and treated myself to a new 2025 Ford Escape ST Line . I was , as always , pleased with this dealership. I'm treated like I'm a member of the Ford Dealership. My buying experience was great , from sales to financing. I highly suggest anyone looking for a great vehicle and experience , Go to Mike White Ford of CDA , and ask for Jim " Curly " Lynch ! Tell him , KUJO sent you. He's the BEST.....
