Had appointment for oil change. Had to wait outside for 15 minutes for them to clear space to take in my truck. Then confusion waiting for service adviser (possibly at shift change). Cost of service was considerably above estimate, but everyone was polite and service was quick, once the above was ironed out.

Excellent communication with the work being done. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They were able to complete the job in the same day requested and add another vehicle maintenance to be completed.

DW was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and painless. Thank you we will absolutely be back when it's time to buy our next car!

always get good service like I said expect on 3/4 had to wait 3hrs didn't out till 9;30 never had to wait that long for service

I was looking for a new dealer and saw this one . This is my second service at this dealer and I would highly recommend them if you need service. I also like the window view of all the mechenics working and you can watch them working on yours.

Everyone was so friendly. Especially Cindy. She is always so friendly and really knows her stuff. She makes you feel at home. Service was great and fast.

I was looking for a new Pickup that was a 4 wheel drive with leather and a 6.2 engine, Mat said that they had a left over, What a deal real happy great truck, The night we picked it up it was really snowing outside and it all came together, great experience. Great job Matthew Brown

Had oil change and tire rotation. It was free first one. I have a lease 2019 traverse. Everything was awesome. :) Prompt / friendly / good service etc
