I had looked on line at Car Gurus and found a few SUVs at EchoPark that was exactly what we were looking for. We called and made an appointment for the next day. Whole process was perfect. Easiest car purchase we have ever made! Place was conveniently located. Also very convenient for test driving. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend EchoPark to anyone looking for a used car. Selection was great, inventory was close enough even for me to walk and look around. Thank you EchoPark! Also have to mention they had a nice children’s area, WiFi and a wonderful coffee/hot chocolate machine.

I found a car I really liked online. I had already test driven the same year, make and model at the dealership so I went in EchoPark knowing I was very interested in one particular car. When I stepped in, no one really acknowledged me even with an appointment. My sales representative Jamaur didn?t seem eager to help me. When I decided to purchase and needed to call my bank, he seem irritated. I needed an iPad unlocked so I could get the VIN and of course my rep wasn?t around so I ask another rep walking by.... he said ?I can?t unlock that, walked off and didn?t bother finding someone to help me. Also, after I signed the documents, every was telling my rep ?it?s about time, finally you sell one, ect. Ultimately, I purchased because it was a fair price and the car I wanted however, the customer service was HORRIBLE. EchoPark should really reevaluate how they treat customers.

This was a very easy experience and I’m very pleased with my car. TJ was amazing to work with. I didn’t feel stressed at all during this process.

The dealership is very nice and we were pleased with the car price. We found the car on line and we made an appointment to buy the car. We brought a cashier's check, and were still there for 2 1/2 hours on a Tuesday which they said was their slowest day of the week.

Very simple process and made the car buying process less of a hassle. Their inventory of cars are like new and low mileage, the customer service is wonderful, and the transparency is appreciated.
