Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM

3 times and issue is not resolved with the transmission. Now it is ticking again like last time the day I brought it home. I appreciate the rental but why do the mechanics not drive the car to test before sending home. And it was in for 20 days total in the last 3 months. So disappointed about this jeep and the service of the jeep. I keep taking off work and losing time to come back and forth to the dealer.
