Winston was charming, engaging, and understanding. In his profession, that does not happen often especially at this dealership. He cared about my situation and satisfied my Jeep issue.

Poor Customer service, misinformation regarding cars

Well-run service department.

Well-run service department. Greenway is much closer to where I live, but I would rather come here because Greenway has a horrible Service Manager who does not respect customers.

Bought “bumper to bumper” warranty, covers everything and

Bought “bumper to bumper” warranty, covers everything and anything the finance manager told me, driving home to NC, a trim piece off door flies off. I take it to my local Ram Dodge dealer and they say that the warranty doesn’t cover it. Called a few times to talk to Finance mgr and I keep getting the cold shoulder.

They have great and memorable service. I felt like it was more of a fun interaction and conversation than a transaction trying to buy a car. Most times, it feels like it takes forever at dealership but it in case it didn’t
