Communication is an overarching problem at this location.

Communication is an overarching problem at this location. There’s an over reliance on an automated system that is, at best, too buggy to be trusted. I’m also beyond irritated that the service department seems to think it is ok to take someone’s car and ignore it for two days because no one is checking on parts or asking if one repair can be delayed. The department seems to think it is “no big deal” to be without a car while they dither around. A repair where we had an appointment to come in should not take three days. That being said, we are still waiting on a part that is “on order” but won’t be here until next month. I have very little faith the arrival of the part will be communicated. We only come here because the service department at Greenway is much worse.

I had to call probably 10 times to find out the time

I had to call probably 10 times to find out the time frame for my car, Marcus the representative was horrible answering the phone or calling back, the service manager was also horrible answering or calling back

The salesman Lewis was a great guy.

The salesman Lewis was a great guy. Easy to talk to and I was comfortable at all times negotiating my deal with him. The staff is friendly and I was offered water or coffee several times through my time there. I came in with a trade that was paid off and a reasonable amount of money to put down and the negotiation's part went rather quick. I felt that I received a good deal overall with the numbers, interest rates and time on the loan. BUT, even though things went rather smooth with no hiccups the whole time, I was still there for about four hours. The process seemed still a bit too slow and gave me time to think if this was a tactic to wear the customer down. They did check in with me a day or two after purchasing and I did have a question about the cost of a dealer add-on I was interested in. They told me that they would relay this to the service department, and they would get back to me quickly. I never heard from them. It was overall a good experience but there is room for improvement.
